Gaias Geyseis, a beloved family business of the Papadakis family, is a traditional bakery with several locations across Crete. Each day, an inviting assortment of breads, cookies, pastries, coffee, and snacks is crafted by hand. A new visual identity was developed to further strengthen the brand’s image and highlight its authentic character. At the heart of the redesign is a logo featuring a cookie shaped like the Greek letter γ, representing the initials of the name Gaias Geyseis—which translates to “Flavors of the Earth.” The brand name remains in Greek, presented in a custom-designed typeface that reflects the bakery’s heritage and warmth. A new slogan was also created to underscore the exceptional quality of both the products and the service.
